On many occasion i become fluent, and read her request and needs by reading her lips and a help of simple sign language (if urgent).

Nor complaint, but made my self compliant for her needs. In life we urge, challenges come as learning chances, being gracious, and thanks Allah for all good or worse fate fall upon ourselves.
